Welcome to my blog, where I try my best to share meaningful stories and tips from my travels when I’m not freelancing as a website designer. Expect a heavy dose of Scandinavia and many mini-adventures elsewhere.

I split my time in Colorado and Sweden growing up, thanks to my mom’s upbringing on a strawberry farm up north near a small city called Östersund.

I have a deep love for all things wintery and cozy— my ideal day consists of a casual ski up a fjäll (small mountain) and a long fika pause in a slope-side waffle hut.

My dream has always been to move to Sweden long term. I finally did it with my husband and dog in February 2024. Follow along for the stories about the chaos of relocating, integrating into Swedish society as a half-Swede and American, and our many adventures along the way.
